The Externals were formed sometime after the War of Worlds in prison. Each member framed, or supported the wrong side during the war. They broke out to get their revenge on those who wronged them, and to return back with their families. They've teamed up with the Solum Soldiers, Angel Force, and the Rainbow Riders.
